Revenue Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Revenue Manager to lead pricing strategy, optimise performance and drive revenue across our portfolio. The role combines data analysis with strategic decision‑making to turn insights into actionable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute revenue management strategies to maximise profitability.
• Analyse market trends, demand patterns, competitor positioning and pricing opportunities.
• Monitor KPIs and produce regular revenue and forecasting reports.
• Optimise pricing, occupancy/utilisation and inventory strategies.
• Identify revenue growth opportunities and implement improvements.
• Collaborate with operations, sales, marketing and leadership teams.
• Track performance metrics and recommend actions based on insights.
• Build and maintain forecasting models and reporting dashboards.
• Support budgeting and long‑term revenue planning.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in revenue management, pricing, revenue operations or a similar analytical role.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Highly organised and detail‑oriented.
