Sales Assistant – Retail & Visual Merchandising

About the role

SEP is looking for a dynamic Sales Assistant to represent the brand in its Aqaba store and SEP corners across the city. You will combine storytelling with sales, creating memorable experiences for both locals and tourists.

Key responsibilities

• Represent SEP through storytelling and direct sales.
• Manage visual merchandising and sales at the SEP Ayla store and SEP corners in Aqaba.
• Build and maintain client relationships, handle CRM data, and develop partnerships with corporate clients.
• Organise in‑store events to enhance the customer experience.
• Oversee inventory, address shortages, and fulfil online orders when required.
• Coordinate daily with management teams in Geneva and Amman.

Required profile

• Essential experience in hospitality or sales.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Strong organisational and interpersonal abilities.
