Sales Engineer – Industrial Products

About the role

We are looking for a Sales Engineer to drive growth of our industrial and technical solutions across the region. The role focuses on developing project‑based sales opportunities, understanding customer technical needs, and promoting equipment and engineering solutions in sectors such as mining, fertilizer, cement, petrochemical, chemical, metals and steel.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop sales opportunities for industrial equipment, process systems and engineering solutions.
• Understand customer technical requirements and support the design of appropriate solutions.
• Build and maintain relationships with industrial customers, EPC contractors, consultants and end‑users.
• Collaborate with international suppliers to create project opportunities.
• Conduct customer visits to gather current and upcoming requirements.
• Support business development activities across target industrial sectors.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 + years of experience in industrial or technical sales.
• Experience in project‑based business within sectors such as mining, fertilizer, cement, petrochemical, chemical, metals or steel.
• Strong communication, negotiation and customer relationship management skills.
• Technically strong with good commercial awareness.
• Willingness to travel and visit industrial customers as required.
