Sales Officer

About the role

The Sales Officer will drive new business growth for Guarantee Travel Group by prospecting, building client relationships, and delivering tailored travel solutions. This role involves managing the full sales cycle, from lead generation to contract closure, while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, referrals, networking, and lead generation.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet monthly and annual targets and expand market share.
• Maintain long‑term, trust‑based relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
• Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations, proposals, and demonstrations, negotiating pricing and contract terms.
• Track industry developments, competitor activities, and market trends, providing insights to management.
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and forecast accuracy.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, finance, and customer service teams to ensure alignment and smooth service delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
• Valid driver’s license and personal car.

Required skills

• Proficiency in CRM tools.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
