Sales Officer — Pre-Sales & Partnership Acquisition

About the role

We are looking for a self‑driven Sales Officer to lead new‑business pre‑sales and partnership acquisition for Genie9’s global SaaS portfolio. You will own the full sales cycle—from prospecting and qualification to demos, proposals and closing—while leveraging AI tools as a force multiplier.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage strategic partners and resellers worldwide.
• Manage the end‑to‑end pre‑sales process: lead generation, qualification, product demos, proposal creation and contract signing.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities in the CRM.
• Conduct product presentations, demos and commercial proposals tailored to each partner.
• Negotiate partnership terms and commercial agreements.
• Research markets, competitors and new segments to expand reach.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in sales, business development or pre‑sales with a proven record of winning new partners.
• Experience selling SaaS, cloud or technology solutions; international market exposure is a plus.
• Hunter mentality, self‑driven and target‑oriented.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and presentation abilities.
• Fluent, near‑native English (written and spoken).

Required skills

• Proficiency with AI tools such as Claude and ChatGPT.
• Experience using CRM systems for pipeline management.
