About the role

GAGA is seeking a motivated Sales Representative to turn inbound leads into paying subscribers for its interactive educational platform. You will be the primary point of contact for prospective families, guiding them through the value of our live, expert‑led classes and helping them complete the subscription process.

Key responsibilities

Contact and engage with leads generated by the marketing team.
Answer inquiries, explain the benefits of the GAGA app, and address any concerns.
Follow up consistently with prospects until the sale is closed.
Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activity in the CRM system.
Assist customers through the subscription workflow and generate referrals from satisfied users.

Required profile

1‑2 years of B2C sales experience, preferably in a subscription‑based environment.
Self‑motivated, passionate about education, and comfortable with cold calling.
Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
