Sales Representative (Social Media Focus)

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Representative to engage with customers across social media platforms and convert leads into sales. The role is based in Amman and focuses on achieving monthly targets while delivering an excellent customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries on Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, TikTok and WhatsApp.
• Follow up with potential customers and convert leads into sales.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and build strong customer relationships.
• Present products and services professionally.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure optimal customer experience.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• At least 1 year of sales experience, preferably in social media sales.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Ambitious, proactive and self‑motivated.
• Full‑time availability and residence in Amman.

Required skills

• Knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, TikTok and WhatsApp.
