Sales Specialist – Digital Marketing

About the role

The Sales Specialist will join Wareed Marketing Solutions in Amman to drive new business for the agency’s digital marketing portfolio. You will be responsible for identifying prospects, presenting service offerings, and guiding clients through the sales process to achieve revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify new B2B leads for digital advertising, branding, website development, graphic design and video production services.
• Conduct meetings, presentations and product demos for potential clients.
• Prepare tailored proposals, quotations and follow‑up communications.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, identifying upsell opportunities.
• Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to customize service packages.
• Record all sales activities in the company CRM and report on pipeline status.
• Achieve or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.

Required profile

• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Proven B2B sales experience with lead generation, pipeline management and deal closure.
• Customer‑service orientation and ability to build lasting client relationships.
• Familiarity with digital marketing services and basic concepts of advertising, branding and online campaigns.
• Ability to work on‑site in Amman, manage time effectively and handle multiple opportunities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field, or equivalent experience.
