Sales Team Lead

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Team Lead to manage a group of telesales representatives focused on renewal conversions. In this role you will drive performance, coach your team, and ensure a seamless customer journey that maximizes student retention.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage a telesales team to meet renewal conversion targets and KPIs.
• Monitor performance, execute renewal sales strategies, and track daily metrics.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and training to improve communication, call quality, and sales effectiveness.
• Analyze student learning progress and customer data to tailor renewal solutions.
• Handle escalated customer concerns and maintain high satisfaction throughout the renewal process.
• Organize daily huddles, drive continuous process improvement, and collaborate with Academic and Customer Support teams.
• Report team and individual performance to management with actionable recommendations.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in telesales or related sales roles.
• At least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory position.
• Professional proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Target‑driven mindset with solid understanding of sales strategy and customer lifecycle management.
