Sales Team Leader – Digital Marketing & Web Solutions

About the role

Pulse Media is looking for a dynamic Sales Team Leader to drive growth across its digital marketing, mobile app, and website services. You will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, while building lasting client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Generate high‑quality leads through cold outreach, networking, and multi‑channel prospecting.
• Identify client needs and propose tailored digital solutions (social media, paid ads, websites, apps).
• Manage the sales process from initial contact to contract signing.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
• Maintain long‑term relationships with existing clients to secure repeat business.
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and development teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Track pipeline, leads, and conversions using CRM tools and stay informed on market trends.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience in digital marketing, software, or web solutions.
• Fluent in Arabic and English with strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and able to work independently.
• Previous experience in a digital agency or software company is preferred.
• Proven track record of generating leads and closing high‑value deals.
