Sales & Telemarketing Agent – US Market (Night Shift)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales/Telemarketing Agent to handle inbound and outbound calls related to US tax‑debt cases. You will guide clients through IRS relief options, collect financial information, and schedule consultations with licensed professionals while working night‑shift hours aligned with US business times.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, gathering accurate income, expense, debt, and asset details.
• Explain IRS relief programs (e.g., Offer in Compromise, Installment Agreements, Currently Not Collectible) in simple terms.
• Book and confirm client consultations with licensed experts, ensuring all required documents are ready.
• Follow approved scripts, privacy protocols, and SOPs; escalate complex issues as needed.
• Maintain complete, accurate client files and track missing documents or payments.
• Achieve call handling and consultation‑booking KPIs while maintaining quality standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Fluent English (C1/C2 level) with strong communication skills.
• 0–2 years of experience in sales, financial services, or a contact‑center environment.
• Empathetic listener, detail‑oriented, self‑motivated and able to thrive in a fast‑paced, target‑driven setting.
