SAP S/4HANA Finance End-User Trainer

About the role

We are looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA Finance End‑User Trainer to join a 22‑week engagement supporting a large‑scale SAP transformation for a leading enterprise in Jordan. The consultant will drive user readiness, facilitate business adoption, and provide hyper‑care support across Finance modules.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in pre‑UAT knowledge transfer sessions with the functional implementation team.
• Absorb process and solution knowledge from project training materials and documentation.
• Attend Train‑the‑Trainer sessions and become proficient in the deployed SAP S/4HANA Finance solution.
• Develop and enhance training assets such as presentations, job aids, simulations and e‑learning content.
• Plan, coordinate and deliver instructor‑led training sessions for end‑users.
• Conduct knowledge assessments and gather feedback to continuously improve training effectiveness.
• Support users during UAT, go‑live and hyper‑care phases, including floor‑walking and hand‑holding.
• Deliver refresher trainings and help build sustainable internal training capabilities.
• Collaborate closely with functional consultants, business stakeholders and change‑management teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering SAP end‑user training programs.
• Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA Finance processes and SAP FICO functional knowledge.
• Experience supporting SAP implementation, rollout, UAT, go‑live and hyper‑care activities.
• Excellent communication, facilitation and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Ability to translate complex finance processes into clear, user‑friendly training.
