About the role
The school is seeking a dedicated Counselor to support the well‑being and development of its students aged 3 to 19. Working within an IB‑world international environment, the role contributes to a safe, inclusive and thriving learning community.
Key responsibilities
- Provide individual and group counseling to students, addressing academic, social and emotional needs.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents and administrators to promote student well‑being.
- Uphold the school’s AA Values of Creativity, Integrity, Well‑being, Collaboration, Respect, Discipline and Educational Excellence.
- Maintain accurate confidential records and contribute to safeguarding procedures.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in counselling, psychology, early childhood development or a related field.
- Minimum two years of experience working with children in schools or comparable settings.
- Non‑criminal record certificate.
Required skills
- Strong communication skills.
- High levels of organization and time‑management.
- Solid IT skills.
