Search Engine Optimization Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an experienced SEO Specialist to drive organic growth and strengthen our digital presence across search engines and AI‑powered search experiences. The role combines strategic planning, technical optimization, and content collaboration to increase qualified lead generation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic traffic, rankings, and conversions.
• Conduct keyword, competitor, and search intent research to uncover growth opportunities.
• Create and optimize SEO‑friendly content such as blog posts, landing pages, case studies, and whitepapers.
• Optimize website structure, metadata, internal linking, and landing pages for better visibility and lead conversion.
• Perform technical SEO audits and resolve crawling, indexing, site‑speed, and Core Web Vitals issues.
• Monitor performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, and SEMrush.
• Track, analyze, and report on SEO KPIs including rankings, traffic, CTR, bounce rate, and conversions.
• Implement ethical link‑building strategies and manage backlink acquisition.
• Apply structured data (Schema Markup) and SEO best practices across the site.
• Collaborate with developers, content, design, and marketing teams to align SEO with broader digital initiatives.

Required profile

• 3+ years of proven SEO and content‑optimization experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret large data sets.
• Up‑to‑date knowledge of algorithm changes, AI‑search trends, and EEAT principles.
