Security Agent (Hotel Security)

About the role

As a Security Agent at Mövenpick Resort & Residences Aqaba, you will protect guests, employees, and property by maintaining a safe and welcoming environment. You will act as a vigilant guardian, ensuring that the resort remains a secure destination for all visitors.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure overall safety and security of guests, employees, and premises.
• Investigate and report violations of law, property policies, accidents, complaints, criminal activity, and crisis situations.
• Conduct regular floor patrols, cash counts, and crowd‑control operations.
• Assist guests with information about hotel facilities in a helpful manner.

Required profile

• Relevant security experience is an asset.
• Strong interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities.
• Highly responsible and reliable.
