Key responsibilities

• Patrol designated areas on foot or in a vehicle, monitoring for irregular conditions or safety hazards.
• Respond to alarms, fire, or unauthorized persons by contacting police or fire services as needed.
• Enforce site rules, warn violators, and control access to the property.
• Observe departing personnel to prevent theft and ensure authorized removal of property.
• Investigate and document accidents, incidents, and suspicious activities in written reports and logs.
• Assist customers, employees and visitors courteously and professionally.
• Issue emergency notifications according to site post orders.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• Valid driver’s license if operating a company or customer vehicle.
• Ability to pass background investigation and drug screening as required by law.
• At least 18 years of age (21 if armed, depending on state).
• Reliability and adaptability to irregular shift schedules with little notice.
