Security Officer – Property Patrol & Guest Assistance

About the role

The Security Officer is responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment across the property. You will patrol all areas, assist guests with access, and respond promptly to emergencies and incidents.

Key responsibilities

• Patrol the property continuously and monitor CCTV, perimeter alarms, duress alarms, and fire life‑safety systems.
• Lock and unlock property entrances as required and conduct daily hazard inspections.
• Respond to accidents, provide first aid/CPR, and coordinate with EMS when needed.
• Assist guests and employees during emergencies, defuse disturbances, and escort unwelcome persons.
• Complete incident reports, shift summaries, and maintain confidentiality of all security documentation.
• Investigate incidents, gather evidence, and conduct interviews with relevant parties.

Required profile

• Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods and respond quickly to situations.
• Physical capability to lift up to 50 lb unaided and up to 75 lb with assistance.
• Clear communication skills and professional appearance.
• Willingness to follow company policies, safety training, and confidentiality requirements.
