Seller Acquisition Specialist (Part-Time, On-Site)

About the role

Yeslamu, a Jordanian e-commerce marketplace connecting customers with local brands, independent businesses and unique products, is looking for a motivated, confident and results-driven Seller Acquisition Specialist. The role is part-time and on-site only, based in Amman, and focuses on expanding the network of sellers across Jordan.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and reach out to potential sellers, local brands and small businesses across Jordan.
• Make daily outbound calls and follow up with prospects by phone and WhatsApp.
• Explain the marketplace model and the benefits of joining.
• Answer seller questions and guide interested businesses through registration and the agreement process.
• Negotiate within approved company guidelines and secure signed seller agreements.
• Maintain records of conversations, follow-ups and signed agreements.
• Coordinate with the internal team to support onboarding of new sellers.
• Work toward weekly and monthly seller acquisition targets.

Required profile

• Strong Arabic communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confidence in making phone calls and approaching new businesses.
• Excellent persuasion, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, organized and results-oriented, able to follow up consistently and handle several conversations at once.
• Previous experience in sales, telesales, business development or customer acquisition is a plus; familiarity with Jordanian local brands and small businesses is an advantage.
• Availability to work on-site at the Amman office.
