Senior Accountant – Food & Beverage (F&B)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Accountant to join our Food & Beverage division in Amman. The successful candidate will lead accounting activities, ensure accurate financial reporting and support strategic decision‑making within a fast‑growing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS and local regulations.
• Manage budgeting, cost control and variance analysis for the F&B portfolio.
• Oversee tax compliance, filings and liaison with external auditors.
• Maintain and optimize the ERP and accounting software modules.
• Develop financial reports and dashboards for senior management.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in the Food & Beverage sector.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field; CPA, CMA or ACCA certification is a strong advantage.
• Deep knowledge of IFRS, local financial regulations and tax legislation.
• Strong analytical mindset, high attention to detail and ability to lead a small team.
