Senior Analyst, Display Marketing (Bangkok Based, Relocation Provided)

About the role

Agoda is looking for a Senior Analyst to join its Performance Marketing team in Bangkok. You will work on data‑driven display marketing initiatives, helping to improve the lifetime value of Agoda customers through measurable campaigns and advanced analytics.

Key responsibilities

• Experiment with ad structures, bidding and pricing strategies on platforms such as Google, Bing, TripAdvisor and Trivago, and roll out successful tests.
• Analyze large experiment datasets, build predictive models (e.g., TV campaign impact, pricing elasticity) and collaborate with product teams on implementation road‑maps.
• Develop dashboards, track performance metrics, extract insights and present recommendations to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative field (e.g., computer science, mathematics, engineering, business, science).
• 4+ years of data‑analysis experience in top‑tier consulting, investment banking, private equity, or a strategy/business role at a fast‑growing global tech company.

Required skills

• Proficiency with data analysis tools and databases such as SQL, SAS, R, SPSS, Python and VBA.
