Senior Brand Designer

About the role

Jeeny is seeking an experienced and strategically driven Senior Brand Designer to join its in‑house creative team. The role will shape and evolve Jeeny’s visual identity across Jordan and KSA, leading the creative direction of campaigns, activations, performance‑marketing assets, and brand experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Lead visual identity and campaign design for awareness and performance initiatives, ensuring consistent branding across all touchpoints.
• Design optimized brand and performance assets for Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Google and other digital channels with strong storytelling and conversion focus.
• Develop and present creative concepts, moodboards and visual directions before production.
• Act as brand guardian by reviewing and finalising major branding assets.
• Conceptualise and execute activations, event branding, sponsorships, booths and experiential campaigns.
• Design in‑app branding assets, banners, seasonal campaigns and gamified experiences.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with marketing, product, commercial and internal stakeholders.
• Stay up to date with creative trends, emerging technologies and regional market insights.
• Manage multiple branding and campaign projects simultaneously while meeting timelines and quality standards.
• Leverage AI‑powered creative tools to improve ideation, design efficiency and visual experimentation.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a senior brand designer with a strategic mindset.
• Ability to translate business objectives into visually compelling, culturally relevant outputs.
• Strong visual storytelling and brand‑guardianship skills.
• Excellent project management capability to handle multiple initiatives concurrently.
• Up‑to‑date knowledge of creative trends, emerging technologies and regional market insights.
