Senior Consultant / Assistant Manager – Risk Consulting (Amman)

About the role

Join EY's Enterprise Risk Services team in Amman as a Senior Consultant or Assistant Manager. You will help clients gain a transparent view of their risk landscape and strengthen internal controls, supporting business objectives and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with clients and execute risk management and internal audit projects under manager supervision.
• Deliver services across Business Risk, Internal Audit, Enterprise Risk Management, Compliance, Internal Controls, Contract Risk, and Business Process Management.
• Drive innovation in service delivery while meeting EY’s quality and risk standards.
• Assist managers with business development proposals and methodology development.
• Contribute to firm‑wide initiatives such as learning & development programmes and knowledge sharing.
• Take ownership of project execution, either individually or within a team.
• Train, support, and supervise junior team members, ensuring high‑quality deliverables.
• Uphold EY’s code of conduct, values, and quality standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting or a related field.
• Strong commitment to exceed client and team expectations.
• Ability to conduct research, prepare client presentations and thought‑leadership documents.
• Proactive attitude toward meeting goals set with managers.
• Interest in staying current with industry developments and sector trends.
