Senior Corporate Operations Executive

About the role

We are looking for a motivated and detail‑oriented Senior Corporate Operations Executive to support planning activities across First‑Mile, Middle‑Mile, Last‑Mile, and Linehaul operations. The role focuses on developing and executing capacity plans that ensure smooth operational flow, cost efficiency, and scalability.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze capacity drivers across stations, identify gaps or risks, and support short‑ and long‑term capacity planning.
• Conduct annual capacity analysis based on expected volumes and operational trends.
• Monitor inbound distribution, report deviations, and ensure stations meet production targets.
• Report production flow versus customer projections and recommend scaling actions.
• Track production distribution costs across courier, outsourced, and crowdsourced models.
• Collaborate with Finance and station management on yearly budgeting and cost per shipment.
• Develop and maintain resource planning models and dashboards for all countries.
• Lead bi‑monthly capacity reviews to align with service and cost targets.
