About the role

Join Agoda’s Partner Development team as a Senior Data Analyst, driving growth opportunities for mid‑to long‑tail hotels. Based in Bangkok with relocation support, you will design and execute global experiments that create measurable value for our accommodation partners.

Key responsibilities

• Identify growth opportunities among hotel partners using quantitative analysis and data mining.
• Design, launch, and track experiments to validate market impact.
• Build and maintain dashboards, define key metrics, and monitor team performance.
• Collaborate with analysts, product managers, regional leads, and business owners to implement data‑driven improvements.
• Support global initiatives, including experimentation infrastructure and methodology standardisation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., statistics, computer science, economics, mathematics).
• 4–8 years of experience in business analysis, data analysis, reporting, or business strategy.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and a data‑focused mindset.
