Senior Design Architect

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Design Architect to join our Amman office on a full‑time basis. The role will lead architectural design concepts from the initial brief through detailed development, ensuring design integrity, functionality and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and review construction drawings and technical documentation in line with local and international standards.
• Coordinate closely with interior design, engineering and BIM teams to maintain consistent design intent.
• Lead client meetings, present design proposals and provide guidance to junior designers and architects.
• Monitor project progress, support BIM integration and collaborate with contractors and stakeholders during execution.

Required profile

• Proven track record of leading complex architectural projects.
• Experience in design management and multidisciplinary team coordination.
• Strong communication skills for interaction with clients, consultants and contractors.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Several years of professional experience in architecture and interior architecture, preferably on Jordan or KSA projects.
