About the role
PwC is seeking a Senior Dynamics 365 CRM Consultant to design, develop, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions for its clients across the Middle East. You will work within the Digital & Cyber Business Unit, delivering high‑quality, scalable solutions that align with Microsoft best practices.
Key responsibilities
- Configure and customize Dynamics 365 CE modules such as Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, and Marketing.
- Develop Business Process Flows, Business Rules, Plugins, custom workflow activities, and APIs using C#/.NET and the XRM SDK.
- Implement client‑side scripting with JavaScript/TypeScript and build advanced UI components using PowerApps Component Framework (PCF).
- Design and develop Model‑Driven and Canvas apps on the Power Platform, and automate processes with Power Automate.
- Model data in Dataverse, manage entity relationships, security roles, and business rules.
- Create integrations using REST APIs, OData, and the Dataverse Web API.
Required profile
- Strong technical background with proven experience in Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform development.
- Attention to detail and ability to deliver high‑quality solutions in a fast‑paced environment.
- Collaborative mindset and effective communication skills.
