Senior Financial Analyst

About the role

The Senior Financial Analyst will join Aljazeera Agriculture Company’s finance team in Amman, providing critical financial insights and decision support to senior leadership. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on the poultry value chain, helping to drive profitability, efficiency and strategic growth.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, analyse and interpret financial statements, management reports and KPI dashboards.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and long‑range financial planning processes.
• Conduct variance, trend and scenario analyses to identify improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with operations, supply‑chain and commercial teams on investment, pricing and capital‑expenditure projects.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies, controls and audit requirements.
• Develop and maintain financial models and reporting tools.

Required profile

• Strong foundation in corporate or managerial finance with several years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field; professional certifications such as CFA, CPA or CMA are preferred.
• Proven ability to work on‑site in a fast‑paced, production‑focused environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience in the food, agriculture or manufacturing sector is an asset.
