Senior Front‑End Consultant – Tech Consulting (Amman)

About the role

As a Senior Front‑End Consultant within our Digital & Technology Consulting practice, you will help clients in Amman modernise their digital experiences by designing, building and scaling high‑performance web applications. You will work closely with product owners, UX/UI designers and back‑end engineers to deliver responsive, accessible and secure user interfaces for enterprise‑grade platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain responsive front‑end applications using React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Create reusable, modular UI components that align with design systems and UX standards.
• Collaborate with designers to translate wireframes and prototypes into production‑ready code.
• Integrate front‑end solutions with RESTful APIs and GraphQL services.
• Ensure performance, security, accessibility (WCAG) and cross‑browser compatibility.
• Implement state management, routing and data‑handling patterns (e.g., Redux, Context API).
• Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices and produce technical documentation.
• Lead multiple workstreams, guiding junior team members and aligning delivery with client objectives.

Required profile

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a hands‑on mindset.
• Consulting aptitude, including structured thinking, stakeholder engagement and delivery discipline.
• Excellent communication skills, able to explain technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
• Attention to detail in UI behaviour, performance and user experience.

Required skills

• React (hooks, functional components, lifecycle).
• JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3.
• State‑management libraries such as Redux or Context API.
• UI frameworks and styling tools (Material UI, Tailwind, CSS‑in‑JS).
• API integration experience with REST and GraphQL.
• Front‑end build tools (Webpack, Vite, npm/yarn).
• Testing frameworks (Jest, Testing Library).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
