Senior Full Stack Developer

About the role

Observer Technology & Solutions is looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to join its Amman office. You will design, develop, and maintain end‑to‑end web applications that power the company’s security and automation platform, PICARS, which combines AI, IoT and smart monitoring for smart cities and critical infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Implement responsive front‑end user interfaces using React and TypeScript.
• Build robust back‑end services and APIs with .NET Core/.NET 8+ and ASP.NET Core Web API.
• Integrate with hardware devices, third‑party systems and databases such as PostgreSQL or SQL Server.
• Ensure performance, scalability, security and clean architecture across the stack.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers and engineers to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Conduct code reviews, mentor junior team members and contribute to architectural decisions.
• Troubleshoot production issues, optimise existing features and improve development workflows.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Ability to understand business requirements and convert them into working software.
• Proven track record of delivering complete screens and features independently.
• Commitment to writing clean, maintainable code.
