Senior Graphic Designer – Human Capital Consulting (Amman)

About the role

We are looking for a highly creative Graphic Designer to join Deloitte’s Human Capital Consulting practice in Amman. The role will support transformation initiatives, thought‑leadership campaigns and internal engagement programmes by turning complex business concepts into clear visual narratives.

Key responsibilities

• Translate business and transformation initiatives into compelling visual communications across digital, print and experiential media.
• Develop concepts and creative ideas from briefs, either independently or in collaboration with external agencies.
• Produce visual assets that support marketing campaigns, stakeholder engagement and internal workforce transformation programmes.
• Work closely with cross‑functional project teams, including clients and content specialists, to ensure design aligns with strategic objectives.
• Leverage AI‑enabled design tools to enhance efficiency and creativity.

Required profile

• Proven experience in graphic design, preferably within consulting or professional services.
• Strong visual storytelling ability and a portfolio demonstrating diverse digital, print and experiential work.
• Ability to interpret complex business information and present it in an accessible visual format.
• Excellent collaboration skills and comfort working with multidisciplinary teams.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with AI‑enabled design tools (e.g., generative AI platforms).
