About the role

UNICEF is seeking a Senior Household Survey Consultant to support the Multiple Indicator Cluster Surveys (MICS) in Morocco and Saudi Arabia. The consultant will work remotely for a total of 16 days, providing technical review, workshop support, and survey planning assistance.

Key responsibilities

Review Morocco MICS preliminary results tables (2 days).
Support the MICS results validation workshop for Morocco (5 days).
Review the Morocco MICS Survey Findings Report and statistical snapshots (4 days).
Provide remote technical support for Saudi Arabia MICS survey planning (5 days).

Required profile

Master’s degree in Demography, Statistics, Epidemiology or related field.
Minimum 15 years experience in quantitative household surveys and survey report writing.
Documented experience with the MICS programme and national statistical offices.
Fluency in written and spoken Arabic; French is desirable.

Required skills

Expertise in quantitative household survey methodology.
Ability to review and interpret survey data tables and reports.
Experience facilitating data interpretation workshops.
