Senior Key Account Associate – Built-in Cooking Appliances

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Key Account Associate to drive sales growth of built-in cooking appliances across Jordan. The role focuses on B2B relationships with interior designers, construction firms, developers and industrial clients, managing the full sales cycle and supporting marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage strategic relationships with key B2B customers and partners, identifying new business opportunities in residential, commercial and industrial projects.
• Maintain a strong network of architects, interior designers, consultants, contractors and developers, conducting regular client visits and business reviews.
• Oversee the complete sales pipeline from lead generation to project closing, prepare forecasts, tracking reports and business development plans, and achieve assigned sales targets.
• Provide product positioning support, gather market feedback, monitor competitor activities and recommend enhancements to the built-in cooking product range.
• Collaborate with marketing on B2B campaigns, exhibitions, trade shows and product launches to increase brand visibility.
• Coordinate with sales, logistics, service and other internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction, while keeping CRM records up-to-date.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering or a related field.
• 5-8 years of experience in key account management, B2B sales, product management or sales management.
• Previous experience in built-in appliances, kitchen solutions, smart home or related industries is preferred.
