Senior Microsoft Presales Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Microsoft Presales Engineer to drive customer engagement and technical pre‑sales activities across Microsoft Infrastructure, Security, Modern Workplace and Cloud solutions. The role acts as a trusted advisor, helping enterprise customers design and adopt Microsoft technologies as part of their digital transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with enterprise customers to understand business challenges, security and infrastructure requirements, and digital transformation goals.
• Conduct assessments of on‑premise, cloud and security landscapes and contribute to RFP/RFI responses.
• Position Microsoft solutions by articulating business value, competitive advantages and technical capabilities.
• Lead workshops, technical demonstrations, solution presentations and executive briefings.
• Design and recommend architectures for Microsoft 365, security and compliance suites, Azure AD, Sentinel, Defender, Purview, Intune, Azure infrastructure, backup, DR and migration services.
• Support Azure sizing, migration and modernization discussions and help grow the sales pipeline.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience delivering Microsoft‑focused presales or solution‑architect engagements.
• Proven ability to act as a technical advisor throughout the customer lifecycle.
• Strong presentation and communication skills for executive audiences.
