Senior Mobile Developer

About the role

Equiti is looking for a detail‑oriented Senior Mobile Developer to join its Trading Ecosystem team in Amman. You will build high‑quality mobile applications that power real‑time trading experiences for a global fintech audience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain mobile apps using Flutter or native Android/iOS technologies.
• Design scalable architectures, reusable components and frameworks.
• Implement state management, navigation, error handling, caching and security best practices.
• Write clean, testable code and create automated unit, widget, integration and screenshot tests.
• Optimize performance for battery usage, memory efficiency, rendering smoothness and fast cold launches.
• Collaborate with QA, Product, Design, Backend and DevOps to deliver end‑to‑end features.
• Troubleshoot production issues, perform root‑cause analysis and ensure crash‑free sessions.
• Support CI/CD pipelines for automated builds, tests and deployments.

Required profile

• 5–9 years of professional mobile development experience, with at least 5 years of hands‑on coding.
• Background in fast‑paced, product‑focused environments; fintech or real‑time data experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
