Senior Officer, Business Analysis

About the role

Save the Children International is seeking a Senior Officer, Business Analysis to support its Global Hiring Project. The role sits within the Transformation Delivery Department and works on projects that have an IT component, helping to shape the future state of business processes across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Discover and document business requirements by engaging with teams across the organisation.
• Align business goals with the organisation’s strategic priorities.
• Collaborate with the Solutions Architecture team to ensure compliance with standards.
• Partner with test engineers to design comprehensive test cases.
• Contribute to the BA methodology and drive continuous improvement of BA tools and processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst on complex transformation projects or programmes.
• Strong analytical and documentation skills.
• Ability to work across multiple time zones and cultures.
• Fluent English with excellent communication skills.
