Senior Performance Marketing Specialist

About the role

Chain Reaction, an award‑winning digital marketing agency operating across the GCC and Levant, is looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Specialist to lead and optimise paid‑media campaigns for some of the region’s most exciting brands.

Key responsibilities

• Strategise, create, monitor, maintain and optimise high‑volume campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager and other third‑party platforms.
• Manage budgets efficiently across all engines and ensure campaigns meet client ROI targets.
• Continuously analyse performance data, produce reports and adjust spend according to demand and seasonality.
• Craft compelling pay‑per‑click ad copy, conduct A/B testing and implement retargeting/remarketing strategies.
• Collaborate with digital strategists to act quickly on optimisation recommendations.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of hands‑on experience in performance‑marketing or paid‑media management.
• Marketing or advertising background is a strong plus.
• Proven ability to meet ROI goals and manage large‑scale campaigns.
