Senior Performance Marketing Specialist – Remote

About the role

Igloo is seeking a Senior Performance Marketing Specialist to lead large‑scale Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns for its portfolio of growth‑stage and established brands. You will work remotely while collaborating closely with creative, development, and account teams to drive measurable business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch, manage, and continuously optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
• Improve lead quality, ROAS, CPA, revenue, and overall campaign performance.
• Build and maintain tracking, conversion reporting, and attribution systems.
• Analyze performance data and deliver actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with designers, content creators, developers, and account managers.
• Stay current with platform updates and industry best practices.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years hands‑on experience with Google Ads.
• Minimum 5 years hands‑on experience with Meta Ads.
• Fluent in English and Arabic (written and spoken).
• Proven experience managing large advertising budgets.
• Agency background highly preferred.
