Senior Sales Executive – Microsoft Solutions & Licensing

About the role

The Senior Sales Executive will drive revenue growth for ZainTECH’s Microsoft cloud, licensing, AI and security portfolio. You will work closely with sales, presales, delivery, Microsoft alliance teams and partners to guide enterprise and mid‑market customers through cloud transformation, AI adoption and licensing optimisation.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and manage a pipeline of new and existing customers for Microsoft 365, Azure, Security, Copilot and Modern Workplace solutions.
• Achieve assigned targets for revenue, licensing and cloud consumption.
• Advise customers on Microsoft licensing programmes (CSP, Enterprise Agreements) and support renewal, expansion and optimisation activities.
• Identify AI use‑cases, position Microsoft Copilot and drive adoption and value‑realisation.
• Conduct customer meetings, presentations and demos, translating business needs into suitable Microsoft solutions.
• Collaborate with presales, distributors and ecosystem partners to develop proposals and close deals.

Required profile

• Proven experience selling Microsoft cloud, licensing or related technology solutions to enterprise and mid‑market accounts.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to act as a trusted advisor and communicate complex technical concepts to business stakeholders.
• Experience working with Microsoft alliance partners, distributors or ecosystem partners.
