Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist – HRSSC (Jordan/Egypt)

About the role

Deloitte is seeking an experienced to senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join its HR Shared Services Center (HRSSC) supporting operations in Jordan and Egypt. In this role you will manage end‑to‑end recruitment for assigned business lines, ensuring a smooth and efficient talent acquisition process.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, CV screening, interview coordination, case study and psychometric assessments.
• Collaborate with Business HR to understand role requirements and adjust job postings as needed.
• Perform initial CV screening from multiple sourcing channels such as career sites, referrals, LinkedIn, and campus recruitment.
• Conduct HR interviews, document results in the recruitment system, and communicate outcomes to candidates.
• Schedule interviews, gather feedback, and update the recruitment system with interview outcomes.
• Administer aptitude tests, psychometric assessments, and case studies, documenting results and communicating them to stakeholders.
• Assist with candidate documentation, reference checks, and background verification in line with Deloitte policies.
• Actively source and headhunt candidates to maintain a robust talent pipeline.
• Meet Service Level Agreements (SLA) and Turnaround Times (TAT) for recruitment activities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably within a professional services environment.
• Strong collaboration skills with Business HR and hiring managers.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions while meeting SLA and TAT targets.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
