Senior Technical Recruiter

About the role

Acabes for Financial Technology is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to lead talent acquisition for its global financial technology operations. Based in Amman, you will partner with hiring managers to attract and secure top technical talent that supports the bank’s innovative solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with business goals.
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking events, and talent pipelines.
• Oversee screening, interviewing, and selection processes for key positions.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define staffing needs and ensure timely hires.
• Maintain applicant data in the ATS, track vacancy metrics, and produce regular recruitment reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and local employment regulations.
• Continuously improve recruitment processes and candidate experience.
• Promote employer branding through recruitment marketing and event participation.
• Manage relationships with external agencies, job boards, and vendors.
• Coordinate onboarding activities to integrate new hires smoothly.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university; HR certification preferred.
• Proven experience in technical recruitment, preferably within the financial services or fintech sector.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze recruitment metrics and drive process improvements.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems.
• Experience using job boards and social media for sourcing.
• Vendor management and contract negotiation.
