SEO Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an experienced SEO Specialist to drive organic growth and enhance our digital presence across search engines and AI‑powered search experiences. The role focuses on developing and executing comprehensive SEO strategies that increase qualified leads and improve website performance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement SEO strategies to boost organic traffic, rankings, and conversions.
• Conduct keyword, competitor, and search intent research to uncover growth opportunities.
• Create and optimize SEO‑friendly content such as blog posts, landing pages, case studies, and whitepapers.
• Optimize site architecture, metadata, internal linking, and landing pages for better visibility and lead conversion.
• Perform technical SEO audits and resolve issues related to crawling, indexing, site speed, and Core Web Vitals.
• Monitor performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, and SEMrush, and report on key SEO KPIs.
• Develop ethical link‑building strategies and manage backlink acquisition.
• Implement structured data (Schema Markup) and ensure SEO best practices across the website.
• Collaborate with developers, content, design, and marketing teams to align SEO with broader digital initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of proven SEO and content optimization experience.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret large datasets.
• Excellent written communication and content optimization skills.
• Up‑to‑date knowledge of algorithm changes, AI‑search trends, and modern SEO best practices.
