SharePoint Administrator/Developer – Enterprise Level

About the role

The SharePoint Administrator/Developer will deliver enterprise‑level SharePoint administration, development and support for military and civilian users. You will design, deploy and maintain SharePoint solutions that improve collaboration, document management and automation across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and configure SharePoint 2019 and SharePoint Online at an enterprise scale.
• Manage SharePoint Enterprise Search, index settings and scheduling.
• Plan, install and apply service packs, hot‑fixes and patches in multi‑server environments.
• Use Event Viewer, ULS logs, Power BI and Microsoft Graph API for troubleshooting and performance monitoring.
• Integrate Microsoft 365 services such as Teams, OneDrive and the Power Platform.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and provide end‑user training.
• Customize sites with SPFx, React, TypeScript, JSON formatting and Adaptive Cards.
• Create and automate workflows with Power Automate and Microsoft Forms.
• Ensure compliance with Zero Trust security models and military standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience with SharePoint Online and SharePoint 2019.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Teams, OneDrive and Power Platform.
• Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.
• Willingness to obtain and maintain a host‑nation visa and driver’s license.
