Showroom Assistant – BMW Motorrad

About the role

As a Showroom Assistant for BMW Motorrad, you will be the first point of contact for visitors, creating a welcoming atmosphere and supporting the sales process. You will help showcase motorcycles, accessories, and lifestyle products while ensuring the showroom reflects the premium BMW Motorrad brand.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers entering the showroom.
• Provide product information and guide customers through motorcycles, accessories, and lifestyle items.
• Maintain accurate merchandising, display organization, and stock levels.
• Support the sales team with lead management, test‑drive requests, and service appointments.
• Keep the showroom clean, visually appealing, and aligned with brand standards.
• Handle administrative tasks such as updating customer records and managing paperwork.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, or in person with timely, accurate information.
• Assist in event coordination, promotional set‑up, and on‑ground activations with the marketing team.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and ensure compliance with company policies.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• 0–2 years of experience in customer‑facing roles, preferably in automotive, retail, or lifestyle sectors.
• Strong interest in the BMW Motorrad brand and motorcycle culture.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Organized, proactive, detail‑oriented and able to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Fluent in English and Arabic (written and spoken).
