Showroom Sales Supervisor

About the role

Al Bustanji Motors seeks an experienced Showroom Sales Supervisor to lead daily showroom operations, drive sales performance, and ensure a premium customer experience throughout the sales journey.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily showroom activities, coordinate customer visits, and maintain a professional environment.
• Manage lead flow, assign leads promptly, and ensure accurate CRM updates.
• Monitor daily sales activities, quotations, reservations, and support the team in closing opportunities.
• Schedule and coordinate test‑drive requests, ensuring vehicles are prepared and follow‑up is completed.
• Maintain display standards for showroom vehicles, including cleanliness, positioning, pricing, and promotional materials.
• Track individual and team sales performance, identify gaps, and provide coaching and corrective actions.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports with accurate data for management.

Required profile

• Previous automotive sales experience with a proven track record of meeting targets.
• Supervisory or team‑leading experience in an automotive showroom is highly preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and coaching abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and maintain attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
• Knowledge of showroom sales processes, lead management, test‑drive coordination, and vehicle display standards.
