Social Media Account Manager

About the role

Division50 is seeking a Social Media Account Manager to act as the primary liaison for a portfolio of clients. You will ensure that each client’s social media strategy is executed flawlessly, deadlines are met, and performance insights are communicated effectively.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of social media clients, serving as their main point of contact.
• Develop and coordinate social media strategies aligned with client business objectives.
• Collaborate with internal content creators, designers, copywriters, and video editors to deliver campaigns on schedule.
• Create and maintain content calendars, ensuring timely delivery of all assets.
• Review and provide feedback on content before publishing or client delivery.
• Monitor social media performance, identify improvement opportunities, and prepare regular performance reports.
• Translate metrics into actionable business recommendations for clients.
• Communicate campaign updates, challenges, and opportunities proactively.
• Resolve issues quickly by coordinating with internal teams.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in social media, account management, or digital marketing.
• Proven track record managing social media accounts for brands or clients.
• Strong client‑facing and communication skills in English.
• Excellent organizational and project‑management abilities.
• Ability to juggle multiple clients and priorities simultaneously.
