About the role

Barracuda Marketing Agency is seeking a creative Social Media Content Creator to join its team in Amman. The role focuses on developing engaging content, growing brand presence, and driving digital growth across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow social media accounts on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Snapchat and LinkedIn.
• Create posts, stories, reels and captions that align with brand voice.
• Develop monthly content calendars and overall marketing content strategies.
• Plan and execute launch campaigns for new products and initiatives.
• Monitor performance metrics, insights, engagement and audience growth.
• Optimize content strategies based on analytics.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to produce creative campaigns.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in social media management and content creation.
• Strong understanding of platform algorithms, trends and audience behavior.
• Creative mindset with solid content writing and campaign ideation abilities.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
