Social Media Manager – Consumer Goods

About the role

AlHafez Chemical Industries Co., the maker of the Mosaic detergent line, is looking for a proactive Social Media Manager to lead its digital presence in Jordan. This full‑time, on‑site position will shape and execute content strategies that engage consumers and reinforce the brand’s commitment to clean, healthy homes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media content calendars across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok.
• Create, edit and publish posts, stories, videos and graphics that align with Mosaic’s brand voice.
• Monitor performance metrics, optimize campaigns and report on engagement, reach and conversion.
• Collaborate with product, sales and marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging and support of promotional initiatives.
• Stay up‑to‑date with trends in the FMCG sector and emerging digital tools.

Required profile

• Proven experience in social media marketing, preferably within the fast‑moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a creative mindset.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with cross‑functional teams.
• Basic understanding of graphic design and video editing concepts.
