Soft Services Supervisor

About the role

The Soft Services Supervisor will lead the delivery of soft services across the bank’s facilities, ensuring high standards in cleaning, landscaping, pest control, hospitality, and waste management. This role supports the operational excellence of the bank’s environment while maintaining health, safety, and quality compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and inspect service delivery for all soft services.
• Oversee daily operations including landscaping, cleaning, pest control, hospitality, and waste management.
• Manage service providers, ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and standards.
• Prepare and contribute to reports covering soft‑service performance.
• Create, verify, and develop soft‑service plans and support their implementation.
• Coordinate with site staff and supervisors during activity rollout.
• Ensure health and safety procedures are followed in all soft‑service activities.
• Provide training, guidance, and leadership to directly employed staff.

Required profile

• Diploma in tourism, hotel management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in soft services and facilities management.
• Experience in the banking sector is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational and leadership abilities.
• Proactive mindset with problem‑solving capabilities.

• BICSc certification or equivalent cleaning standards
