Solutions Architect Manager

About the role

The Solutions Architect Manager will lead the design and delivery of scalable, modern application architectures that support our business capabilities, product designs, and customer journeys. This role bridges business and technology teams to ensure solutions are aligned with strategic goals and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with business and technology teams to define solutions that directly support capabilities, product design, and customer journeys.
• Develop solution designs (LSD/HSD) and lead the creation of modern, scalable architectures.
• Define and manage integration architecture across digital channels, core banking, middleware, and third‑party providers, including APIs, events, and service orchestration.
• Support data architecture decisions to ensure reliable data exchange, ownership, flow, and transformation across systems.
• Evaluate non‑functional requirements such as performance, monitoring, fault tolerance, and transaction consistency.
• Conduct vendor evaluations, focusing on out‑of‑the‑box capabilities and integration feasibility.
• Ensure adherence to architecture principles and articulate deliverables using the TOGAF framework.
• Maintain and evolve the application blueprint across domains to guarantee architectural consistency and traceability.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• TOGAF certification is a plus.
• 9+ years of IT experience, including at least 5 years in solution architect roles.
• Proven experience managing complex technology initiatives and leading cross‑functional teams.
• Jordanian nationality.
