About the role
Join our spa team as a Receptionist and become the first friendly face our guests encounter. You will create a welcoming atmosphere while ensuring smooth scheduling and seamless guest experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Greet all guests with a genuine smile and warm welcome.
- Manage the spa’s booking system accurately, handling reservations via phone, email, and in‑person.
- Optimize therapist schedules to maximize efficiency and guest satisfaction.
- Process cancellations and reschedule appointments courteously.
- Promote and upsell spa services and retail products based on guest preferences.
- Follow all spa policies, procedures, and safety standards.
Required profile
- Excellent communication skills to handle guest inquiries, concerns, and compliments.
- Strong problem‑solving ability to turn issues into positive outcomes.
- Fluency in the local language; additional languages are a plus.
- Literate and tech‑savvy with good reading, writing, basic maths, and computer proficiency.
